Cooked:
- BBQ Beef Brisket - The America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook (p.474). Grilled with hardwood charcoal. [I just started using the hardwood to grill lately, and I really like it. Heats quick, and burns cleaner.]
- Sweet and Spicy Cole Slaw - Neely's
- Roasted sweet potatoes
- Lunch: Turkey burgers and salad with miso dressing
- Dinner: Brisket, cole slaw, roasted sweet potatoes, and finished the braised red radishes with dinner.
